What is a Menu Card?

A menu card can be made to send out as part of your invitation bundle simply to inform your guests what food will be served on the day of the wedding. Alternatively, if you are providing your guests with options (i.e. fish option, chicken option, vegetarian option etc), you can provide them with a mini-menu and ask them to share their meal choices along with their RSVP of attendance. Menu cards can also be made up as a reminder of the choices each guest had selected and can be laid at the table along with their place names and any favours you may have for your guests.

What is a Schedule Card?

A schedule card can be made up to send out as part of your invitation bundle to inform your guests of what to expect throughout the day. This can be particularly useful for highlighting the timings for the day and informing your guests of any entertainment that they can expect to come. These can also be made up to share with your guests upon arrival at your ceremony, either by leaving them on seats for people or by using an usher or member of the wedding party to welcome each guest to the ceremony.
